What is your Return Policy?

Margarita Couture Return / Exchange Policy

Margarita Couture will not accept any returns or exchanges that do not apply to the conditions explained below. No exceptions. Incomplete requests will not be processed. Additional merchandise ordered may require additional payment and will be charged to the original credit card on file.

Please insure your package through your shipping carrier and keep your receipt. Margarita Couture will not be responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages in transit. Please allow up to 14 days to process returns.


- Bra Strap Exchange Policy: NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED. You may exchange DAMAGED merchandise only, 14 days from the purchase date. No exceptions. Incomplete requests will not be processed.
Please fill out the exchange/return form included with your shipment and send it along with the damaged merchandise using the included return label.

Send bra strap(s) along with your Name, Last name, Order number, Reason for the exchange and Item(s) you wish to receive instead to:

- Evolution by Margarita Bra Policy: You may return or exchange merchandise within 30 days of the purchase date. In either case, merchandise should come in it's original condition and packaging, unworn and with all included accessories and tags attached. No exceptions. Incomplete returns or exchanges will not be processed.

You may exchange your damaged merchandise without a invoice/packing slip. On a sheet of paper, please include the following information:

1.The name and address under which the order was placed
2.What item(s) you are returning
3.The item(s) price(s)
4.Reason for returning
5.Send your return with that paper to the following address:

Make sure you ship the merchandise with a trackable service option to ensure that we receive your shipment. We are not responsible for not received or lost packages in transit.

 



Have we received your return?

Please allow 1-2 weeks, from the time you mailed us your package, for us to receive and process your return/exchanges. To check your order status, we need your order number and your billing zipcode. Include as much information about your order as possible, starting with your first and last name and the order number.
