Tracking information may not be available for the first 24 to 48 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email if your order has shipped with the Postal Service. If 48 hours have passed and you're still unable to track your order, please email us at help@brastraps.com

Can I order from an international location?

I am shipping my order outside of the U.S. Will I be charged additional duties and taxes?

Shipping to Canada: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Duties are determined as a percentage of the price quoted in our site and differ for each item purchased. Goods and Services Tax (GST) Provincial Sales Tax (PST), and Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) are a percentage of the subtotal of the value of the merchandise purchased and the duties on that merchandise as required by Canadian law. The GST, PST, and/or HST rate is determined by the province to which the merchandise is shipped. All duties and taxes collected are forwarded to the proper Canadian authorities.

Shipping Outside the U.S. & Canada: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. BraStraps.com does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs.

What is your Return Policy?
Bra Straps.com will not accept any returns or exchanges that do not apply to the conditions explained below. No exceptions. Incomplete requests will not be processed. Exchanges will be provided for equal or lesser value items.
Please insure your package through your shipping carrier and keep your receipt. Bra Straps.com will not be responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages in transit. Please allow up to 14 days to process returns.

- Bra Strap Exchange Policy: You may exchange damaged merchandise only, 14 days from the purchase date. No returns will be accepted.
Please fill out the exchange/return form included with your shipment and send it along with the damaged merchandise. For your convenience, you may use the included Return Label on the reverse side of the packing slip.

Send bra strap (s) along with your Name, Last name, Order number, Reason for the exchange and Item (s) you wish to receive instead to:

- Evolution by Margarita Bra / All Other Apparel Exchange Policy: You may return or exchange merchandise within 30 days of the purchase date. In either case, merchandise should come in it's original condition and packaging, unworn and with all included accessories and tags attached. No exceptions. Incomplete returns or exchanges will not be processed.

How do I make a return or exchange?
A Return and Exchange Form is included with every package. We will ship exchanged merchandise or issue a refund or credit as soon as your return has been received and processed. Please note that exchanged merchandise of equal or lesser value will be shipped with no additional shipping and handling charges. Please send your package via prepaid, insured, traceable method.

How can I place an order over the phone?
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we don't take phone orders at this time. You may order by fax/mailby downloading the order form at http://www.brastraps.com/shop.htm

 

What forms of payment do you accept online?
We accept the following credit cards at BraStraps.com:

I placed an order online but I haven't received a confirmation of the order.
Everytime you place an order at BraStraps.com you will receive a confirmation of your order sent to the email provided in the checkout process. If you don't receive a confirmation of your order immediately, your order was not succesfully placed.

 

My card was declined online but I see a charge in my credit card statement. Why?
When making a purchase either online or in any retail store there are two steps: Authorization and Capture. The Authorization is the process to validate the buyers credit card and the Capture is the process to extract the funds. The information entered in the check out process is sent to your credit card issuing bank and he card is authorized even if no funds are taken out - just like in a car rental process.
Since the purchases you were trying to make were declined, no funds will be taken from your account. What you see in your credit card or bank statement is only an authorization, but it will disappear within 1-10 days depending on your bank or institution.

 

How can I unsubscribe from receiving BraStraps.com emails?
