DOMESTIC SHIPPING SERVICES

1. United States Postal Service (USPS)

Express Mail: Fastest Shipping from the US Post Office.

Cost: From $14.65.
Shipping Time: Orders placed online are shipped the next business day Monday through Friday and should arrive in one to two days except holidays. All packages ship from our warehouse in Naperville, Illinois.
Restrictions: We do not ship packages on Saturday or Sunday.

2. UPS Domestic Services:

Prices vary depending on destination.

- UPS Standard Ground: Guaranteed Delivery from UPS.

Cost: From $5.85
Shipping Time: Orders placed online are shipped the next business day Monday through Friday and should arrive in one to five business days except holidays. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship the next business day and arrive in one to five business days. All packages ship from our warehouse in Naperville, Illinois.
Restrictions: We do not ship packages on Saturday or Sunday, so a UPS Ground package that ships on Friday might not be delivered until the following Friday.

Restrictions: The US Postal Service does not move packages on Sunday.

 

- UPS WorldWide Express: International Delivery from UPS
Cost: From USD $24.25
Shipping Time: Orders placed before 3:30 PM EST, Monday through Friday will ship that day and should arrive in one to three business days except holidays. Orders placed after 3:30 PM EST, Monday through Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday will ship the next business day and should arrive in one to three business days.
All packages ship from our warehouse in Naperville, Illinois.
Restrictions: UPS does not move packages on Saturday or Sunday, so a WorldWide Express package that ships on Friday will not be delivered until Monday at the earliest.

 

What days do you ship during holidays?

We ship every business day (no weekends) except the following holidays:

January 2 - New Year Holiday
February 14 - President's Day
April 14 - Good Friday
May 29 - Memorial Day
July 4 - Independence Day
September 4 - Labor Day
November 23, 24 - Thanksgiving
December 25, 26 - Christmas
December 29 - New Year's Holiday
January 1 2007 - New Year Holiday

My order is overdue! What should I do?

If, according to the above delivery schedules, you think your order is overdue, please consider the following:

* Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
* Overnight orders placed after 1P noon EST won't be processed until the next day.
* Delivery occurs Monday through Friday for 3 day & Overnight Express deliveries, excluding holidays.
* United States Postal Service offers standard delivery Monday through Saturday.
* Most items are in stock. In the event of unexpected order volume, some items may become backordered. Backorder items will ship as soon as they become available.
