Order Exchange Policy
We do not currently support exchanges. Customers are advised to confirm all order details carefully—such as size, design, and shipping address—before finalizing their purchase. Since each order is custom-processed, we cannot accommodate exchanges for incorrect selections.
Order Cancellation Policy
All products are made to order. If you need to cancel or amend your order, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible.
- You may cancel or change your order within 6 hours of placement.
- Once the order has entered production, cancellations are no longer possible.
Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds We accept returns and issue refunds if:
- The product arrives damaged or defective.
- The item differs from what you ordered (size, design, material).
- You received the wrong item or it does not match the description.
Conditions for Returns
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- The item must include all original tags and packaging.
- Items with minor issues like loose threads (easily repaired) are not eligible.
How to Request a Return and Refund

Wait for Confirmation: Please wait for a confirmation email from our Customer Service Department within 2-3 business days before sending back the package.

Processing: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your return. Once received, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
Refund Not Received?
If you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company. It may take 10–15 business days for the refund to be officially posted.

- Timeframe: Returns are only accepted within 30 days of delivery. No fees will be charged except for return shipping costs.
- Shipping Responsibility: We are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during return shipping. In such cases, a refund will not be issued.
- Pre-authorization: You must contact our Support Team before initiating a return. Any package sent back without prior confirmation will not be processed.
- Repairs: We do not accept returns for minor issues such as loose threads or slight color variations due to monitor settings.
