A. How to Report Copyright Infringement
To submit a valid copyright complaint, please send us a notice including the following details:

B. What Happens After We Receive a Valid Notice
Once we receive a complete and valid DMCA notice:

We will remove or disable access to the reported content.

We’ll notify the user responsible for posting the content.

If necessary, we may terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.
C. How to File a Counter-Notice (If You Believe It’s a Mistake)
If you believe the reported content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice including:

A clear identification of the content removed and its location before removal.

A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed in error.

Your name, address, phone number, and email.

A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. Federal Court in your district (or Brastrap’s jurisdiction if you’re outside the U.S.), and that you accept service of process from the party who submitted the original DMCA notice.
