Where do we ship from?

All items are proudly printed and shipped from the United States. Orders are processed Monday through Saturday. Please note that some items may ship separately depending on the product type or availability.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Production Times:

• Standard apparel: 3–5 business days

• Embroidered items, mugs, sublimation pieces, and custom-made products: 5–10 business days

Shipping Times:

• Domestic (U.S.):

  • Standard: 6–12 business days

  • Expedited: 4–8 business days

• International:

  • Standard: 14–28 business days

  • Expedited: 7–14 business days

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package online.

 

Additional Shipping Notes

Multiple Orders:
Orders placed separately cannot be combined, even if they’re on the same day.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses:
We are unable to split a single order to ship to different locations. Please place separate orders if items need to go to multiple destinations.

Address Changes:
Once an order is in processing, we cannot make changes to the shipping address.

Customs & Import Fees:
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. Delays caused by customs processing are also beyond our control.
