Returns & Refunds Policy

At Brastrap, we stand behind the quality of every product. If there’s an issue due to a defect or error on our end, we’ll happily provide a replacement at no extra charge. Please note that we do not accept returns for reasons such as wrong size selection, design changes, or buyer’s remorse.

 

Refunds

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we’re here to help. Please send an email to [email protected] along with a photo of the item and a brief explanation of the issue. Once our team reviews and approves the claim, we’ll arrange a replacement free of charge or provide a return address if needed.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless otherwise stated. Please allow 3–5 business days for refunds to be processed once we’ve received your returned item. Items that are washed, worn, or returned without authorization will not be eligible for refund or replacement.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

Haven’t seen your refund yet? Please double-check your bank account and contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary. If you’ve followed these steps and still have not received your refund, contact us at [email protected].

 

Sale Items

Only full-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are final sale and non-refundable.

 

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for items that are damaged or defective. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, contact our team at [email protected] and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. If the gift wasn’t marked as such or was shipped to the purchaser first, any applicable refunds will be issued to the original buyer.

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless otherwise agreed upon. If you’re returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
